Perfect accommodations for events at Beardslee Castle, Beardslee Farms, Rustic Ties, and other Little Falls venues. For reference: approx. 48 min to Cooperstown Dreams Park and 1 hr 15 min to All Star Village (Oneonta).

Outdoor Living, All Year The hot tub is open year-round — whether you’re soaking after a snowy day on the trails or relaxing under summer stars. The property was designed for outdoor gathering. Multiple patios, a spacious back deck, and comfortable lounge areas give everyone room to spread out and unwind. Our natural gas fire feature ignites at the push of a button — effortless ambiance without the smoke or hassle. The lodge connects directly to the NYS snowmobile trail system, making it a true four-season destination. For families, a thoughtfully designed seasonal children’s playhouse offers a special place for younger guests to explore and play. The Home The lodge comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests. Ample on-site parking is available for multiple vehicles. High-speed WiFi is available throughout the property. A Few House Notes Well-behaved pets are welcome with advance notice. A pet fee applies. The lodge is designed for gathering and celebrating time together. We simply ask guests to respect the peaceful setting and observe quiet hours after 10 PM.
