The house is equipped with a large eat-in kitchen and two private dining rooms with seating space for 14 guests. The main living room offers a custom feather down sectional accompanied by a beautiful chaise lounge and two wingback chairs. Head through the foyer and up the immaculate stairway to find four large bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

This tastefully furnished character-filled home is only minutes from Herkimer College, thirty minutes from Cooperstown Dream Park/Otsego lake, and around twenty minutes from Utica which offers great shopping and restaurants. Conveniently located minutes off the NYS Thruway! This home is a former bed and breakfast and has hosted several premier clients back in the day.
